Two sets of 1950’s vintage Royal Stuart Spencer Stevenson tea cups and saucers in pale blue with gold trim and a small orange flower detail on the inside of the cups. The design varies a little between the cups and saucers, so maybe these were test pieces. Made in Staffordshire, England.
