A rare antique Victorian Minton vase decorated in a green woven effect transfer pattern, overlaid with leaves and hand painted pink, blue and purple flowers.
There is crazing to the glaze, and fine hairline crack on the inside – see all photos
This is stamped on the base and dates from between 1873-1891. This was made exclusively for Mortlocks of Oxford St, London, who were renowned china and glass sellers founded in 1746.
Approximate Measurements: Jug 4¾” high, 2½” diameter top, 3″ diameter base.
