A Queen Elizabeth II 1953 Coronation commemorative teapot in the shape of the state coach. With gilding on the handle, spout and lid. Featuring a portrait of the Queen, a crown on the lid and decorated with British heraldry. A rare piece for Royal or teapot collectors. Made by Bancroft and Bennett – Garden House Pottery Stoke On Trent, England.
Some wear to the gilding and decoration, a chip on the inside rim and some crazing to the glaze – see all photos.
